AIkademy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform at aikademyglobal.com.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for an AIkademy account, we collect your name, email address, and (where applicable) payment information. When you use our platform, we collect learning progress data, quiz results, and certificate records associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve our educational services; generate and deliver your course certificates; process payments through Razorpay (our PCI-compliant payment partner); send transactional emails about your course enrollment and certificate availability; and respond to your enquiries.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) and Cloudinary. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using Firebase Authentication — we never store plain-text passwords. Certificate files are stored in Cloudinary with access-controlled URLs.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Firebase, Cloudinary, Razorpay, Resend) under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Cookies
AIkademy uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in to your student account.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@aikademy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
