Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AIkademy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIkademy regarding your access to and use of the platform at aikademyglobal.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an AIkademy account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
AIkademy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our courses and learning materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or resell any course content without prior written consent.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@aikademy.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. AIkademy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. Payments & Refunds
Course purchases are processed via Razorpay. All prices are listed in INR or AED as applicable. We offer a 7-day refund policy if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact hello@aikademy.com within 7 days of purchase.
5. Certificates
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course modules and passing all required quizzes. Certificates are issued in your registered name and cannot be transferred. AIkademy reserves the right to revoke certificates if academic dishonesty is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, PDFs, quizzes, and platform design are the intellectual property of AIkademy. The AIkademy name, logo, and brand are trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: share your account credentials with others; attempt to bypass course payment; use automated tools to complete quizzes; scrape or download course content; or harass other users or AIkademy staff.
8. Limitation of Liability
AIkademy provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIkademy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the UAE, as applicable based on your jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith mediation before legal proceedings.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
